Once you have received the activation confirmation email along with your login details - your account is fully activated and ready for live bookings. 

Logging In

Navigate to www.umrahholidays.com and enter your credentials in the Login box below.

Use the "Remember me" function if you would like to be logged-in automatically next time. Please use this with caution on trusted devices only.

Use "Forgot Password" function to reset your password, if needed.

Once all the details are filled-in, click the "Login" button. 

Main Navigation

After logging into the UmrahHolidays Booking platform, you can jump straight into the action and all our features and tools are a mouse-click away.

1. My Account Menu: Here you will find all the settings for Wallet, Branch Creation, Booking Management, etc.
2. Currency: you can change currency between USD & SAR.
3. Display Language: our portal available in Arabic & English language.
4. Product Menu: Here, you will select what type of Product you would like to book. We currently offer Hotels, Transfers & Offline Packages.
5. Product tabs: same as product menu but displayed in a different way
6. MAQAM vs Worldwide Hotels: Depending on your need for Umrah Visa, you can choose to book from:
   
   
   • MAQAM GDS – Where you will find Hotels in MAKKAH and MADINAH from the MAQAM GDS. 

     Note: For any bookings you make via Maqam, we will issue the necessary BRN number to complete the Visa application process with local Umrah Operators.
     

   • Worldwide Hotels – Where you can access Hotel and Transportation inventory in over 14,000 destinations globally. If you do not require an Umrah Visa or would like to add stopovers to you customer's journey, here you will find worldwide hotel inventory. 

     Note: In addition to GCC residents, there are currently 49 other nationalities that do not require an Umrah Visa and hence no BRN is required. Bookings make outside of the MAQAM GDS do not generate a BRN and cannot be used for Umrah Visa applications.
