Introduction

Manage now your relationship with your Umrah Operator directly from your Admin panel. 

This will allow you to overcome manual operation and communications where you are relying on your Umrah Operator to make bookings for you. With this functionality you can:

• Complete your bookings at your pace. Select the right rates, room types, search and complete the booing process until it is time to pay, then hand it over to your Umrah Operator. 
• Remove the manual communication process. No more confusion, the Umrah Operators is made easy as you have already selected most of the work is already done. Umrah Operator will immediately be able to see your bookings and to complete the payment process, until you have your own wallets.

Linking To an Umrah Operator 

Please follow the steps below to setup your link to your preferred Umrah Operator. 

Step 1. Navigate to your Admin panel and select the Umrah Operator Link Menu (1)

Step 2. Enter the Company code, Name or license number  and click on Link (2)

Step 3. Your Umrah Operator relationship will show in the table below. (3)
 .

Note: Each Party may revoke the link at any time independently.

Saving A booking

Once Linked to an Umrah Operator, you can save bookings in your Account and let your Umrah Operator Partner handle the payment and confirmation. 

Step 1. Complete the search process and navigate to the Guest details screen

Step 2. Fill in all the guest details and accept the terms and conditions (1)

Step 3. Click on Save Booking (2)

Sending A booking to Linked Umrah Operator

Once the booking is “saved”, your Umrah Operator will automatically see it in their UmrahHolidays Account. To Simplify the check-out process, you can notify the Umrah Operator by sending them a payment link following these steps.

Step 1. Look up the booking details  in your Booking management tool 

Step 2. Click the “Send to UO” button. This will trigger an email to the Umrah Operator

Once the you have sent the e-mail to the Umrah Operator, they will receive an e-mail including your details and booking details, with a link that brings them directly to the booking details page for check-out and payment.

Our System will also highlight these bookings in your booking management tool:

Note: You can re-arrange the columns on the Booking management tool easily by clicking “Toggle Columns” in the bottom right corner of your screen.
